One night, Joel made us these terrific Brandy Alexanders.
Creamy, chocolatey, nutmeggy. They do go down easy, so be careful.
Brandy Alexander
makes one drink
1.5 oz. brandy
1 oz. creme de cacao
1 oz. half and half (we used heavy cream with decadent results)
1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
Place liquids in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with nutmeg. Listen to this pretty little song and have a lovely evening.
