Zucchini ricotta cheesecake (and #78: Go paddleboarding)

Favorite things of the weekend: mismatched vintage chairs for the dining table (thank you, Vintage Rabbit). Coffee and comfy chair at the window. Phil Liggett in the other room. Public market. Re-cut vintage dress. Fresh nail paint. Extreme heat. Soap that smells like grass. Ladies' gabfest. Cold white wine. New recipes. Gasp-worthy lake water.

In the heat of Saturday afternoon, I put together a zucchini ricotta cheesecake for ladies' night. It's light and savory and has just the right amount of dill (it's easy to get dill-overload).

The recipe can be found here.

On Sunday, we tried paddleboarding on Lake Coeur d'Alene and spent the majority of that hot day on the water.

No photos of us on the boards, but before we left, Joel convinced me to follow him up to Tubbs Hill for a pre-drive-home cool-off from the rocks. (He was the brave one.)
